I mean, who doesn’t expect an upgrade for such an experience? I almost thought about leaving a good review, but really, I just couldn’t. how disappointing.

Ask for a room away from the repair areas if you want a quieter stay and better relaxation during your holiday.

best western is such a nice hotel! it’s located in a charming area, very close to the metro, making it easy to explore. the room was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the lovely view. the staff were friendly and even let us check in a bit earlier, which was much appreciated!
